Online system is horrible - Customer Service rude
Scheduled online recurring payments, to be taken out on the 28th of each month until the end of my lease. On the first auto pay - their system had a glitch and my payment was cancelled. I received an email saying my payment had not gone through so I called to see what the problem is. Spoke with a very rude manager - said that I will have a NSF fee and was very argumentative. (this is the first month living in the apartment). Issue yet to be resolved. Feel like they will not follow through with fixing the issue without constantly reminding them to solve this issue.
