Dear Resident, Thank you for taking the time to review our property. We know we have had some issue with cleaning staff in 2018, and have made some changes in the past couple months that we think have made a great improvement. We as a staff walk the property every day to ensure that it is looking its best. Making sure we are picking up trash and addressing any issues that may arise. We do use a third-party company to tend to our pet stations but will also have staff checking these areas as well. Earlier this summer the grass was longer due to replacement of sod. We had quite a bit of damage from the Winter this year and sod needed to be replaced. We needed the roots to take before the sod could be mowed. This has now happened and the grass is trimmed every week. With the construction next door, we have noticed the windows getting a little dirtier than normal on the west side of the building. Once the dust settles, we have every intention of getting the windows washed. The garage will also be swept next year. The smell you mentioned is actually coming from the City property across from the Shoreham. We have contacted them and asked that they have their maintenance check the drainage system on their property. We as a staff and a management company always want to offer the best customer service and create a wonderful living environment. I encourage you to submit work order for any repair items or contact the office if you have questions about the property, the plans for the property or just want to say hi and have an open discussion.
