Thank you for kind words and for taking the time to review C&E! We are so happy the two of you chose to return and are enjoying your time here! We also wish we were able to offer a fenced in dog area! We had wonderful plans that were all set to go until we learned the City of St. Paul has an easement that includes the dog area and prevents us from installing a fence. I am happy to let you know that we do allow residents to enjoy an adult beverage while soaking in some sun by the pool. We do not allow glass containers of any sort in the pool area and apologize if there was a miscommunication. Cheers! ~C&E Team

We've got some good news to share, the City of St. Paul does now allow free parking on University between 6 pm to 2 am. Look for the signs in the front of the building for the specific location.
