They are rude, dishonest and deceptive con-artists.<br><br>* Maintenance is inept and<br>rude.<br><br>* Toxic mold throughout my entire apartment and the complex. (They simply paint over the mold.)<br><br>* Plumbing leaks.<br><br>* Flooding in the building.<br><br>* Heating units in apartments NEVER function properly.<br><br>* Noisy and rude neighbors.<br><br>* No ventilaton in apartments. (86 degrees in apartment at times)<br><br>* Parking spaces are used<br>by non-tenants for easy parking downtown. (Good luck parking your vehicle<br>after getting home from work)<br><br>* Snow is never removed from sidewalks.<br><br>CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED!
