I lived in this building from 2008 to 2012 and have nothing but good things to say about the building itself and the management. I lived in a studio on the 11th floor of the Sibley Tower. The view was phenomenal and panoramic, a turn of the head caught the St. Paul Hotel, the 1st building, the Mississippi River and the artists loft warehouses that are the trademark of LoTo. The apartment was extremely clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The affordable central air conditioning and heat were a major plus. The building felt safe and secure. And, the rent was worth it because I was tapped into one of the most exciting and vibrant areas in the Twin Cities. Friends were everywhere and we took full advantage of The Bulldog, Barrio, Senor Wongs, The Artists Quarter, music festivals in Mears Park, Faces Mears Park, and the Depot. If you've not checked out Lowertown, you're remiss. Also, if you're an artist or young professional (I'm both, an attorney and a saxophonist) Lowertown is where you should be to further both or either such pursuit. Finally, the management was professional and courteous. They promptly attended to any issues that arose, and they were trustworthy. (How often do you say that about ex-landlords?) Seriously! Live here, in Lowertown.
