I moved in July 1st and 3 weeks later I saw my first mouse and have been dealing with them ever since then. Apparently every time that I let Julie in the office know that I want them cleaned up/taken care of, it is harassing to her. Now I also have cockroaches too. I found out through other tenants that my apartment was treated for these things just before I moved in. I was never told this. It sounds somewhat illegal. If not illegal, its immoral and unethical. The roaches and mice are a building wide problem. This has been going on for 3-5 months we are being told to "be patient and wait for the poison to work. it takes time to kill the nest" WTF- am i supposed to wait for the entire nest to die, when no one knows where the nest is and how many are in the nest(mice). As for the cockroaches, they seem to multiply every other day. These things could survive a nuclear war, so how is the poison going to kill them. Answer that rental office!!!!!!!The poison will only push them to other apartments. One day the complex may be rid of them, but that could take years. They only way to get rid of them is to condemn the building and tear it down.
