I was a resident there for 3 yrs, at start the place was OK and maintenace was not bad but after 2nd lease in 2009, gradually maintenace became terrible, you had huge water leaks in parking from walls and nobody cared, always smoking smells in hallways and broken elevators, on the other hand they increase the rent every year without any reason. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
