Never have I felt so manipulated, taken advantage of, and deceived by a company. The management made the excuse that the staff was inept and poorly informed, in regards to the issues in which I felt that the figurative wool was pulled over my eyes. However, this only fed the narrative of empty excuses and inappropriate withholding of information. Never did management attempt to resolve these issues, yet they did attempt to "find me a new apartment" under Bigos. I simply asked, "Why would I rent from a company that all of the management, thus far, has been completely untrustworthy?" This involves more than one instance and all of which were presented to management. Unfortunately, these pleas of concern fell on deaf ears. Never again, will I seek to do business with Bigos, and this can be directly tied to how poorly my fiance and I were treated from start to finish of our 7 month lease.
