The Lyric is magical! The management staff is uber-responsive the few times I have asked for anything. This building is so very well maintained and super clean. My guests are jealous and love the design and floor plan. When the windows are closed it is super quiet. That being said, this is an industrial area with heavy truck traffic, but I am used to it and don't mind it a bit. The neighborhood is safe for walking and being out and about. There are lots of restaurants nearby. For me, the only thing that is missing is a near(er)by grocery store. There is a co-op within walking distance though. Love it, love it!
