If you're a pet owner, the management will be happy to take extra money from you, but will then by terribly mean to you. Just this week, the management put up a sign that said the videocameras are watching the elevator and if we use it for our dogs that will be fined $100 per instance. I live on the sixth floor!! Apartments I've lived in in the past always allowed me and my four legged friend to use the elevator. I talked to the management about how unfair this was and Janie, the property manager, treated me like a child. She reminded me of the rector in my college residence hall twenty years ago. Also, parking here is difficult. I have two cars and they will only give me one spot. When I told them I'd pay for an extra one, they told me I would have to find alternative arrangements off-site or they would tow my vehicle. They are just mean people!!! Plus shoddy construction. Can hear my neighbors all the time. Don't be deceived. 5 Rotten Tomatoes. Based on other reviews, I'm sure the confederates of the property manager will dismiss my review here like they have others.
