We love living at the Lyric. We living in a 1 bedroom- 1 bathroom and it is the perfect size for 2 people. The staff in very helpful. If there ever is a maintenance request, whether it as big as a leaky dishwasher or as small as a lightbulb burnt out, you simply fill out an online maintenance request or call the emergency line and someone will come and fix it right away. We are very happy living at the Lyric and conveniently take the light rail to work every day. The only reason we gave the noise rating a 4 out of 5 stars is because sometimes we can hear the puppy bark above us. It is not too much of a problem because he will grow out of it and we can't hear it that well.
