Subleased at the beginning of 2019, management team left out information about the whole co-signing and first payment thing and took advantage of my college situation. Amber also gave me a broken access card but since it ???still worked??? she wouldn??™t give me a new one. So when it actually broke, I had to pay for a new one. I am dreading moving out because I know they will do anything they can to charge us money on things we had no control over. This place is a scam and I avoid talking to the management team at all costs. There is trash everywhere, they are unhelpful and it??™s no wonder they get such bad reviews online.
