I do not love this community because it is not a community. Its an apartment complex. Typical apartment franchise that does not actually care about its tenants and just want money with minimal funding to the property itself. Its overpriced, had WAY TOO many fees, photos on website are not up to date nor are representable to what the apartment you would be living in looks like (the photos show a "showcase" apartment thats for 'tours' and hasn't and won't be lived in, the community space photos must be from when they were brand new because they do NOT look that nice anymore). Staff is subjected to abide by the franchise rules and regulation, so they, by default are not that helpful, not an actual reflection of their personal self, but does not help their case. They give very short notice for things, yes a days notice, but that's not really enough time (e.g. replacing the flooring in the main hallways, entry for cabinet check-ups, etc.). Place gets really dusty really fast even if you clean all the time. There have been multiple small crimes within the apartment complexes. My neighbour had his car broken into and shortly after we received an email from the staff about various break-ins and to use caution. The surrounding area is full of weird smells and commercial buildings. It is close to the light rail which is nice, but that's the only thing nice about the location. If you get hand aches from stress, like to save money, don't like getting your car stuck in the parking lot in winter, sensitive to dust, and/or don't want your car tampered with then I recommend finding another place to live.
