I appreciate having maintenance on-site. They always respond quickly and fix whatever is wrong the first time. The first floor can get noisy - lots of kids on that floor. The higher the floor, the quieter it is. I don't like that residents have to pay a portion of utilities for the whole building. This results in the highest electricity bills I've ever paid in an apartment.
