Been at Crown Villas for several months now. We've been here for fall and we're all finished settling in. 2 bedrooms is a downsize from our house and it takes a lot of getting used to. A lot of our things did not make the move. The office was great in showing us units and up to moving in. However, there were no staff to assist us with the move in. You're on your own so plan on hiring help. Other than that the staff are pretty good. We've had one maintenance issue in the bathroom and it was handled the day after we notified them. The stove and range and washer and dryer work. The whole property is fairly orderly and kept to an ok standard. Good grounds and snow plowing (so far). There are benches outside the entrances for sitting but no picnic tables or grilling areas. There is also no playground or very much lawn space. The garage is clean and brightly lit. The noise levels are ok for an apartment I suppose. We hear a lot more than we did in our house, like kids in the hallways. The lobby/common area is clean and nicely decorated.
