At first showing it wasn't too bad. But don't let the "move-in special" pull wool over your eyes. (THERE IS A REASON FOR IT!) After a month of living here I had numerous issues with my apartment. When the leasing agent tells you that the apartment is "move-in ready" I wouldn't bet on it. I am not going into detail but I was constantly having issues with my apartment. The parking lot is dimly lit and the garages have NO light in them at all. It is scary. I also find it weird and creepy that the police patrol the property on a daily basis. (It may be multiple times a day but I am not home to see it sine I try to stay away from my apartment as much as possible.) Cars have been broken into, luckily mine was not one of them. All I have to say is make your decision wisely.
