Prior management and staff were great. Current staff is definitely a downgrade. Worse at keeping track of packages which are all over the place and I've lost because there has been no system in place set by the office despite this going on for months. Staff seem more occupied trying to set a good impression with prospective renters rather than the current people who actually live here. Will not be recommending to anyone looking to live in a "luxury botique apartment."
