When I first moved in it was fine. I am a good resident, I mind my own, pay on time and try to very aware of noise. Management companies change and it began to go downhill. Office staff changed constantly and never seemed to have answers for questions, they always said you will have to call back when management was in. The laundry room lock was always broken and eventually they took the knob off even (very unsafe). The railing on the steps to the apartments bowed and was sticking up with nails out and it took weeks to fix. The knob to my apartment broke and i was locked in and had to wait for over an hour for someone to let me out. The shower dripped constantly despite numerous maintenance attempts. The patio door wouldn't lock so had to keep bar in it. They replaced the kitchen light and never repaired ceiling. Drip from above apartment caused leak in bedroom closet and living room that was never repaired or repainted so mold was in closet. After moving, I cleaned entire apartment (refrigerator, tubs, oven included), vacuumed floor and patched all holes where pictures were. At move out walk thru, told everything looked fine then received invoice for damages to carpet beyond normal wear and tear (which wasn't new when i moved in and i was there 3 years). I disputed charges, never received call back and then turned over to collection agency. I would never, ever recommend this community to anyone, in spite of the convenience of location.
