I rated Staff average because Maintenance is usually dirty when they arrive and they never notice any mess they leave behind. Improvements can be made regarding trash. People should be putting it IN the dumpster instead of on the ground. When we moved here in 2015 and still now, it states that there is one parking space for each apartment. That should be noted on the lot. Each apartment space should be "assigned" & highlighted (i.e. apt. 985A, etc.). All guests should park on back wall instead of those paying rent who get home at all times of the night. If spaces are not assigned there is no way to enforce the one space per apartment rule. Otherwise, lot spaces should be rentable as with the previous community owners ($15-20/mth is reasonable). Although, assigning spaces is more with keeping with the Westchase rule of 1 space per apartment. Other than that, Westchase is a pretty good place to live.
