Moved here almost a year ago; we like the place overall. It's fairly new construction, and we have found our apartment and it's appliances to be clean and in good condition. We liked the little touches like full-size washer/dryer connections (you can rent from them if you don't own one), crown molding in the living area, and a granite counter-top on the kitchen island; however, I can't say that the overall materials are very high quality. Except for the island, the countertops, floors, and cabinets are all laminate materials, so I'm sure in a few years they won't look as good as they do now. Some perks are the options to rent storage, a garage, or covered parking. The pricing is moderate for these options, but if you don't rent a parking space or garage, parking can be a real pain, since the non-assigned parking is a bit of a walk from the apartments. It didn't seem so bad when we moved in, but after hauling many bags of groceries from the distant spot to the apartment, it gets tiring. The office and maintence staff have always been very kind and fairly prompt in responding to maintence requests, so no complaints there. There is also a small gym and tanning facility that is open 24/7, and the outdoor pool is clean and well-maintained. Aside from the parking, the other major issue we have had is that the walls are REALLY thin. It is definitely worse than other apartments I have lived in...I can clearly hear conversations outside, and because there are a number of families living here, the kids start playing in the morning and it is difficult for me to sleep well past 6 or 7. The community is a mix of senior citizens, young families and couples, and single professionals. All the neighbors have been friendly or at least polite. Overall, I'd recommend it, I suppose. Everything except for the thin walls is pretty good.
