Scent size for the price, hot waters included BUT whenever someone else is showering your water is freezing, they expect you to use 100 gallons of water per building. If someone in your building or in your personal apartment flushes while you're showering, scalding hot water. Yes you will see roaches here and there especially if you're not SUPER tidy, they do exist here and they don't care to fully exterminate. As for protecting your family, having a fire arm on the premises or using it for your own protection is completely against their policy and they'll evict you no matter the situation. I think they need to get with our second amendment because I'm pretty sure I have the right to bear arms in my own home but my new place is wonderful and everything happens for a reason!! I wouldn't suggest living here especially with babies if you don't absolutely have to. Building 4761, Apartment 3, right in the entry is where a man was shot in the hallway in self defense. So enjoy living in an unprotected neighborhood. Karen is only out for her next dollar and doesn't care how she gets it. Hope this helps anyone willing to read it. I don't always trust what I read but being there after everything else I read, it's definitely all very true. Oh and the windows leak water all over in the winter and it's almost impossible to keep the apartment warm. The second bedroom closest to the bathroom stays freezing cold which is a problem if you have kids. The dryers WILL NOT dry your clothes whatsoever, don't waste your money. Best wishes to the next renters. I would rate this apartment -100 if I could.
