Stadium View Apartments

I just moved from here a few months ago and this place isn't the most spectacular place you've ever seen. The only great thing about the complex was rent and the fact that gas heat was paid...and Kathleen up in the office; she was always really nice. Rita on the other hand..she should consider taking a class on how to talk to people, because she was often rude. The apartments need updated pretty badly, children were always stomping up and down the stairs and their mothers yell at them with no regards to the other people around them (keep in mind, the apartment walls are thin), people were slamming their doors. Some found it funny to squeal their tires in the parking lot. The pool was ok, but small. The landscapers that they have hired half-assed the job most of the time and completely mutilated all shrubs, grasses, etc. It looked horrible. The maintenance man was always really prompt to get things fixed if they needed fixed and he was really nice. Also, one of the things that you would need to consider is how much you would mind dealing with Game Day traffic since the apartments are right by the stadiums. I eventually got into a schedule of getting everything done either way before the game started or while it was going on, because if you wait until the game would be over...good luck getting onto Raytown Rd. The traffic was horrendous! And everybody was wanting to get home, so NO ONE would let you out. You would basically either have to take the long way to your destination or sit and wait it out. I guess if you're starving to just find somewhere to live in a hurry, this would be it considering that it's cheap.
