We love it here at Timberline! The kids are always outside playing together, friendly neighbors, great office staff that is always super responsive and helpful and our townhome has plenty of space for our big family.

It's been okay. We moved here because we needed an affordable place to live and it's been just that. I think we've had a lot of change of staff, but I think they do the best with what they have. It's okay!

Besides some maintenance issues, I feel the overall move-in process went fairly well. The front office staff are very friendly and professional. I would recommend this property to others. I look forward to making this my home for a longtime.

Nice family oriented apartment complex with decent schools, ideal location for privacy with access to highway, stores close enough for light travel. I've lived longer than anywhere in my life. I like the since of family feel this place gives off.

The New management and maintenance is fanatic. They are Cleaning up the place well. Look forward to being here a a little while longer? lots of dogs and kids in the community as well. Pretty quiet neighborhood

I'm really disappointed. It looked nice online. But there is no attention to detail. Just five to ten minutes of cleaning a week would make the common areas look decent. It's absolutely disgusting. I cannot invite anyone over because I'm so embarrassed by the common areas.

The community has been quiet since moving in. There are constantly kids outside playing and enjoying the spacious outdoor areas. The community seems to be family oriented. Pet owners always have their dogs on leashes.
