We lived at Timberline from March 2011 through March 2012. We new we would only be there for the year as we were looking for a house. It was the worst place I've ever lived. They had a terrible problem with roaches. When you would complain to management about problems the would sometimes take care of it by putting a bandaid on the ulcer and other times they would just flat out ignore you. They never fully explained when you move in how you were splitting the whole gas and water bill with the entire building you lived in. The first month of winter we tried to be frugal and kept our thermostat at 65 only to get a very high gas bill anyway. In the summer the ac had to be charged on a weekly basis. Anyway we were paying 959.00 per month to live there. We have since found a 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath house with a 2 car garage full basement and fenced backyard in a nice neighborhood and we pay 900.00 per month. So look around people there are better places out there. Oh and btw I forgot to mention the pool...It was nice when it was up and running, however the health department had it shut down for weeks at a time. Oh and 1 more thing..they advertise washer dryer hook ups in unit. When we tried to bring our own machines they said we had to rent theirs for an additional 45.00 per month.

We receive alerts each time our community is mentioned online and we take the time to read all of the comments and reviews posted about our community. Although we really love to read all of the comments from the happy residents we work diligently to correct any concerns that come from negative statements that are posted online as well. Our new management team deeply regrets the negative impact that was created by the previous staff. Our online reputation is important to us. We realize that the situation you were in was very distressing and we are dedicated to providing all of our residents with customer service they can depend on.
