Terrible choice of living. I lived in this apartment complex for 6 months and I learned a lot from the experience. First that management was extremely disorganized and very manipulative. Everyone a request that was put in it was never fixed (however google fiber had no issue coming into the apartment WHILE NO ONE WAS HOME for myself to walk in and they are installing equipment). The front door to our building, and many others, had a broken lock so the door was left propped open the ENTIRE time I lived there and every manager had a different lie about why nothing was done until I moved out.This propped door was an issue because during the winter heat was up twice as high because we also had a draft that came in from EVERY closed window and the front door. The closet doors broke within the first 2 weeks of me living there and when I notified management they were never fixed. My advice would be to decline any offer, let them keep the deposit and DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX. I would have loved to know how neglectful they were before hand. The hall way was an embarrassing mess and had many holes in the walls, dirty rugs, and marks. Our apartment was never broken into but we heard of our neighbors car being broken into. Extremely sketchy neighbors and management. Utilities gradually increased to a ridiculous $100 when my roommate and I would be there VERY little throughout the month.
