Nice and clean, good amenities. Neighbors can be loud at times, but that's to be expected. I love being able to do laundry in my unit. Rent is affordable for what you get! Nice spacious bedroom is a plus!

The apartments are nice but the office staff is terrible and not helpful AT ALLLLLL. They are very hard to reach. You have to call sometimes 10 times before they answer. On move in day they leave out a lot of information and seem clueless

Apartment was really clean when we moved in. Staff was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. Only complaint is that you can only access the pool and gym when the office hours are open. Otherwise great!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and we appreciate the points of concern. As you may have noticed we are power washing and repainting the handrails in every building. Once that project completes we will be coming through and re-cleaning any areas that still need it. We also replaced every lamp post fixture with new LED fixtures. Lastly, we are working on replacing/repairing the lights outside of each door that isn't working properly. We hope in the coming weeks you'll see these projects completed and those concerns will be taken care of.

Quiet place to live, I haven't had any problems. The staff is awesome! Great schools for the kids. If you love fishing they have a nice lake to fish in. The clubhouse is very useful, you can exercise and fill great.

The staff has always been very helpful and friendly, but getting satisfaction in getting everything taken care of is a different story. Seems like the trash isn't always picked up and the dumpsters over flow often. It is a quiet community and neighbors are friendly.
