I have been here for 10 years and have always had prompt and helpful service for my apartment needs. The maintenance crew and office staff are friendly and eager to serve. I would recommend this lifestyle to my friends.

I am giving TAYLOR of the maintenance team a 5 STAR rating for recent help with my kitchen plumbing. He is so very helpful, courteous, kind, and thorough in his work. As an example, he saw I was struggling to bring in my groceries (I use a cane to walk) and immediately helped me get everything into my apartment. He made sure I was ok and asked if there was anything else he could help me with. These courtesies matter, especially with my limited mobility. Bravo TAYLOR!

I initially moved here to be closer to my grown children in the area and the O'Fallon community has grown much larger, and to many extents, better. The overall maintenance of the property is excellent. The apartment I live in (2 bed, 2 bath) is lovely with 9 ft ceilings and an open layout. Due to O'Fallon fire laws residents are not allowed to have outdoor barbeques on their patios or balconies. This ruling was enforced 2 weeks after I had moved in, 2011, and was very disappointing though understandable. I know there are community areas for grilling but I personally find it totally inconvenient and do not use it. I am hoping for management to consider upgrading kitchen appliances and sink faucets for long-time residents like me.
