A few weeks ago I woke up in the middle of the night to find that my heater had quit working. The temperature had fallen into the mid-twenties so my apartment was getting colder by the minute. I sent an email to Crystal at 7:00 a.m. the next morning and to my surprise two technicians showed up at 8:30 a.m. An hour later the heater was working great and I haven't had any further issues. This all happened during the early stages of the Covid-19 pandemic. With the office staff working from home and social distancing in full force I wasn't sure when the heater would be repaired. Needless to say, I was very surprised when the technicians showed up. I appreciate the quick response time especially since the temps were going to be in the twenties again that night!
