my experience has not been horrible but not great either. I was locked out of my apartment because someone put the wrong lock on my bottom door and no one gave me a key and the fact that no one gave me a key or even changed the bottom lock before I moved in is very asinine. It ruined my son birthday party because I was locked out for an hour. I moved in my fridge was dirty, dish washer is rusted and broken. My garbage disposal does not work. Its wholes and you can see water damage in my ceiling. My stove was not plugged up. But Jenna was very professional and nice. I like her alot. Whatever you do please keep Jenna because nice and sincere property managers are hard to come by and she made my moving experience great
