I have lived here since they were built and I have not had any problems. While there have been several changes with management, the current staff diligently works towards having a safe environment for all tenants. I personally think the negative comments are from previous tenants or individuals who did not meet stipulated housing requirements mandated by the federal government. Chapel Ridge follows all federal guidelines and fair housing laws. I am not originally from St. Joseph however, based on what I have seen in the area, Chapel Ridge Apartments are by far one of the newer developed areas. As previously stated, I have been here since they were built and the owners and management make every effort to maintain an environment of excellence. They are currently working on concrete (parking lot) problems and continually enhancing the landscape. If you're looking for an up to date apartment with amenities....Chapel Ridge is an excellent choice.
