The application of the covid guidance is all wrong. It's not making any one safer. I picked the Monogram for its amenities, and I pay my rent in full every month. As an educated consenting adult, I want full access to my amenities as described in the rental contract I signed in Nov 2019. I wouldn't have picked the Monogram if it wasn't for the pool or gym. Either full access and use, or I want a refund on my rent.

I absolutely would not recommend it to anyone who is expecting a feeling of safety and security. Not enough underground parking and no 24/7 concierge. Also, the walls and ceilings are very thin. I'm regularly woken by the sound of stomping above and next to me. Also, super tiny clothes washer and dryers. You will have to send your king sized blankets (and some queen if they are thick) to an external cleaners.
