Dear Resident, Because our building goes to great lengths to provide accommodating and comfortable apartment homes for residents, we take your comments very seriously. Feedback is important to us and it helps us improve the standards of the building. Traveling for work can be taxing and we certainly understand wanting to come home and relax in a clean and comfortable environment while enjoying the building's amenities. We're staffed 24-hours per day, 7 days a week to address the needs of everyone living in the building at any time, day or night. Please don't hesitate to let staff know of any problems or inconveniences and be assured they will be addressed promptly. We're happy to offer helpful tips to reduce costs associated with paying rent and identifying ???energy vampires???. Your input, and the feedback from all of our prospective residents and guests are vitally important to us and we want expectations to be met upon arrival. First and foremost, I would like to apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused you, as well as the scheduling error by the leasing office that caused you to miss the opportunity to view our building. You can be assured the feedback was shared with the appropriate department and team members. The staff of the Parc Frontenac prides itself on building relationships with guests, prospects and residents. We know that when moving to a new city, whether it is for work or school, can be a daunting experience and we work tirelessly to make everyone instantly feel at home. Per your comments, we have provided more training on our brand new scheduling software to ensure that future appointments will be entered correctly and available for viewing by the entire leasing department.
