Thank you for taking time to share your prior experience with us. I am truly sorry that you left with such an unpleasant opinion of the community. We take your feedback very seriously and make every effort to provide a quality living experience for all residents that make our home with us. As with any multi-family community, there are always challenges to face and areas to improve on. We have added new gas grills and replaced all the furniture on our rooftop for everyone's enjoyment. When that area is misused, we will continue to make every effort to rectify the situation. While we can't guarantee the propane will be closed or it will never run out, we monitor it daily and fill it as soon as it is empty. We will continue to research the points you referred to so that going forward, these situations are alleviated. We continue to always strive and resolve matters as quickly as possible, and again apologize for the inconvenience you had during your residency at our community.

The Mandel Group has recently become the new owners and management of Merchandise Mart. We are excited to be able to bring the Mandel level of service to St. Louis.
