The apartment is clean and I never had any problems with any of my neighbors. What is did have a problem with is the lack of communication that Megan keeps with her residents. After the onsite office was replaced by another studio apartment is seemed impossible to get ahold of her during work hours. When I try to leave a message guess what! The answering machine is full because she can't even be bothered to pickup her work phone 5 days out of the week. Maybe I call back is too much to ask for? It only gets better from here! July 10th I send in my 60 day notice signed and whatnot that day it was due. Fast forward to September, I call Entrust property Solutions (Megan didn't answer her phone again) trying to get my deposit back and they say, "Yadda yadda you didn't give 60 days notice gimme money". The typical landlord trying to pull a fast one on ya I guess. I call Entrust again (Megan didn't answer what a surprise) and ask about the situation and they still don't know what is going on. Is anyone even looking into it? Overall, my customer satisfaction is much lower than my rating (I'm feeling generous) and will never...NEVER lease an apartment from Entrust Property Solutions or any of their subsidiaries. :)
