My husband, our dog and I have lived here for 2 years and have been pretty happy with it. We have a 2 bed 2 bath on the top floor in the same building as the office and love the space, the pool, the staff. Parking: No assigned parking but we have always had a space close to the building. Noise: We can hear when the shower below us is being used and when we had heaver neighbors below we could occasionally here them walk. You also can hear people talking in the hall and doors slamming. Overall not an issue. Grounds: There are two pools. Clean and plenty of furniture but plain. There are a few yards of grass that are kept well mowed and pretty clean. No special landscaping. Safety: Well lit, security comes through daily, we've never heard of any theft, assault or vandalism. The neighborhood isn't the the best and there are people going through the dumpster but we've always felt safe. Construction: A little dated but things seem to work well with exception of the dish washer. We used the recommended detergent and it works ok but not perfect. We've have had maybe 2 or 3 repairs over 2 years. Maintenance: Good. The maintenance men we've had are nice and know what they're doing. They have a system here so that things like AC/heat and leaks/toilets are fixed first, like that day. We've never had to wait more then 3 days for any repair. Staff: The property is managed by The Wooten Company and there have been several managers through but all of them have been very nice and accommodating. Overall we have been very happy living here :)
