Springfield Loft Apartments
Former Resident · 2019 - 2020
Living here was horrible in every way imaginable. Bottom floor toilet was broken for months despite numerous maintenance requests. Utilities were over $200 a month because loft was so old/outdated. Walls are paper thin and you can hear every time your neighbor moves. A noise from the roof would occur every night (sounded like metal rattling/banging together) around 2am and scare the heck out of me. Texted and called 20+ times throughout the year and nothing was ever done. Had my car towed from my own parking lot because I couldn't get her to answer about a parking pass for weeks (cost me $200 to get my car back) and then she charged me in my deposit $80 for the sticker. Homeless men would eat, sleep, live in, and dig through the dumpster which was right outside of our front door and next to our cars and made us all feel very unsafe. One night a dumpster fire was even started and the fire department had to come put it out (feel sorry for the individuals whose cars were parked directly next to it). Security is never patrolling the dangerous downtown parking lot which is why the homeless situation is so bad in the parking lot. The only thing that ever patrols the parking lot is the tow truck (if you can't tell this woman will do anything and everything to make a dollar).
