The apt building is always clean and improvements have been steady. The staff is always helpful with any problem or question you may have. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. I love the community.

Banner Management Ruining Customer Experience

The property is well maintained and the staff is responsive. The price for the space and quality was very reasonable. Any concerns that we have had have been immediately addressed. Very happy with our choice.

Managers at leasing office are very effective in taking the requests. Gyms, Equipments and public areas always in good condition. I live by the drive and work from home a lot, noise level is never a problem. Wish there can be more community activities.

I would NOT recommend Vanguard Crossing to anyone. There is a revolving door of local management staff, forever changing. NOT responsive to residents concerns, nor responsive to communication. More dissatisfied residents leaving and moving-out, than moving in. Not a good living community to live-in

I have absolutely loved living at Vanguard over the past few years. The current management staff is phenomenal - polite, prompt, and always making community improvements. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a centrally located apartment!
