Extremely Friendly

Bridgewater currently has the best staff they have had in many years. Starting from the front door, you are greeted with a bright beautiful smile and things are never wrapped up without all questions answered. If you’re so lucky to live here at this beautiful and peaceful property, you will meet the smiling, knowledgeable and ready to assist Maintenance Technicians. Hopefully, you can call your new home Bridgewater Apartments.

    I love living here! Office staff is always friendly and maintenance is quick to repair any issues I have. There are renovations going on that have some storage containers in the parking lot but having a parking spot is still easy to find. The grounds are kept clean and landscaping is always maintained.

      Nice Apartments, wonderful office staff, and the maintenance guys are great! They are courteous and friendly, and any maintenance issue was addressed in a timely manner. We have enjoyed our time at Bridgewater!

        I loved these apartments. The grounds were so clean. I would rate this as a sure possibility when it comes time to move.

          I've lived in a lot of cities and in a lot of apartments. When moving in to Bridgewater I really thought I was going to be in a nice great new place. Well, I was wrong. Sure the buildings look nice etc, but it has been a nightmare. 1) it is the noisiest place I've ever lived and the staff does nothing about it. 2) it is crazy over priced!!! 3) the office staff are rude, childish and only care about money. 4) When you have a problem it never gets fixed quickly if at all and when they do try and fix something it's not done properly and then will try and charge YOU for the problem. I would not recommend this complex to anyone not even my worst enemy. You literally could not pay me to live there again. Worst living experience ever!

            I have lived in various apartments in various states and cities for the last 17 years of my life. I have never had such a horrible experience as I did here. My neighbors are absolutely ridiculous and filthy human beings (and dog but we'll get to that later). I only signed a 6 month lease because I was apprehensive, smartest thing I've done in a while. To start, I found the staff to be very friendly and I had multiple maintenance issues upon move in and they were corrected immediately. Maintenance men seem to be really on top of things and are always roaming around working annnnnndd that's about all the good I have to say. My neighbors have what at first glance appears to be a Shetland pony. But upon closer inspection and evidenced land mines (poop) all over the grass you will notice it is a dog. You guessed it, they don't clean up after this dog either. I know apartments have a weight limit but somehow this creature slipped through. You can hear EVERY single movement all day and all night.               Staff doesn't take care of any problems! Thin walls & ceilings. You will hear everything your neighbor does. I can not wait to move out!

                This is the worst place I have lived. The management is completely rude and childish. The children run around with no adult supervision which makes coming and going a constant struggle. The pool was under maintenance the duration of my stay, and the walls are so thin you can here all the neighbors dogs and children constantly. If dog barking is a nucence for you don't expect your complaint to be taken into consideration. While some tenants are very nice others are unbearable.

                  We loved our apartment for about a week. Since then we've had several problems. The main one is noise. The walls are very thin and must have no insulation. We can hear every footstep the tenants above us take, and when they vacuum it's like they are vacuuming in our apt. We can actually hear our next door neighbors talking at times. We constantly get to listen to bass coming from both apts. We've complained only b/c we couldn't get our neighbors to answer the door. But honestly their music isn't that loud, it's just the thin walls. One of our toilets backs up nearly every day. The parking has been bad ever since our building got full. Kids run around without supervision and are constantly damaging property. One kid stole stuff from us while we were at the pool. You would think this kind of thing wouldn't go on in a community that's this expensive. We cannot wait for our lease to end. The only good thing about this community is the maintenance staff and manager are very nice. They try to fix everything, but this place was built poorly and cheaply to begin with.

                    I have lived here 2.5 years as well. It was a nice complex when I first moved in, but it has just gotten worse and worse. I live on the first floor (a "luxury" I pay extra for), but the balcony on the second floor apartments have large gaps between the boards. My last neighbor was a smoker so I was constantly cleaning up their garbage an cigarette butts that fell through. Also, the walls are super thin. My new upstairs neighbors fight like cats and dogs at least twice a week. I have a six year old child who does not need to hear the cussing and abuse (they also have a six year old O.o). When I and a few other surrounding neighbors complained, nothing was done about it. I was told to call the courtesy officer while they are actually fighting O.o. I now get the cigarette buts in front of my door instead of my patio. There is a pack of wild kids who constantly roam and abuse the property all day and into the night UNSUPERVISED.                       DO NOT MOVE TO THIS PROPERTY!!!! When we moved out they charged us a ridiculous amount in bogus claims (crumbs on the stove and a film from a self clean cycle, cracks which happened from the building shifting, dirt and mulch on the outside patio and storage space, removal of a grill which was not ours plus a myriad of other unfounded claims). The previous management dropped the ball and lost several of our deposits which we didn't know until we got our crazy bill. This property is terribly run (maintenamce man came into the apartment to change an air filter while I was in the shower, i heard a noise and jumped out to see him there!) Look for another place to live

                        PLEASE DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS!! We were perfect tenants...quiet, paid in advance for years. THEY TURNED US OVER TO COLLECTIONS AFTER WE LEFT WITHOUT CALLING US OR SENDING US A BILL REGARDING WHAT THEY CLAIMED WE OWED!!!!!! After we moved out, they claimed we owed over 500 dollars for replacing the carpets, etc.... so they just turned us over to collections! No phone call, no bill, nothing! UNBELIEVABLE! DO NOT MOVE IN IF YOU CARE AT ALL ABOUT YOUR CREDIT. THIS IS A DIRTY DIRTY PLACE. I have no idea how they could do this to good people! We have had perfect credit. It is just DISGUSTING and disheartening that there are people out there that horrible!

                          Not worth the price you pay

                          This apartment complex is way overpriced. Whenver you come to tour it, they show you a model apartment which is perfect and well maintained. The actual units are not nearly as good quality though. There are many imperfections which make the apartment not worth the money that it costs to rent. The management is very rude and couldn't care less about any problems that you have. There are constant noises from outside including workers, landscapers, and other tenants. The floors and walls are thin enough to be able to hear other people in units connected to yours. Their gym is very basic and does not have much equipment. The cable internet that is included with the rent is normally slow, since you have to share the connection with everybody else in your building. The repairs that are requested are usually quick fixes and not a permanent solution to the problem. They try to portray an image of a nicer, more high class apartment complex, but it is just over priced and not worth the money. There are many other apartments that are the same quality or better at a cheaper rent. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone.

                            Looks are deceiving. Future renters beware.

                            I've lived at this property for the last 2.5 years and while things seemed nice at first the condition of the property has steadily deteriorated. Most of the buildings have foundation issues with the rooms and floors at angles resulting in none of the doors being able to completely close. Waling around your either going up or downhill in your apartment! I had to get blocks and a level to adjust my bed. Then there's the noise. It seems to be getting worse, but people will drive through at night and play obnoxiously loud music while speeding and tearing through the parking lot. So much for having a gated community. I worry about the kids that play around the property and heaven forbid anyone that has a newborn that needs sleep. Sure, the staff can't level the foundations, but they are worthless when it comes to listening to the residents. The staff has extremely high turnover and are on their third manager since I've been here.
