It has good here . I really like the area because I grew up down the street. I am not to far away from my family, friends, church, and work . The office staff is professional and courteous. They keep the grounds clean and inviting for future tenants to.

    It's been ok thus far. However, it will be great if camaras where on the back buildings. It would be nice to have tenants appreciation day and fun day for the tenants children. Also, when important changes take place it should be sent on paper instead of electronically because everyone is not tech savvy.

      Very nice and peaceful! The maintenance team are quick to attend the service or repair needed. Lots of improvement had been done. But it need more parking and more security at night. Have nice staff. *

        My experience here has been somewhat good! Nothing that didn't get handled. The community is great. It's a really quiet area. Don't have to worry about loud noise or anything which is a plus. Very friendly people as well.

          I have had an enjoyable experience residing at this apartment complex. All of my neighbors are friendly and polite. I do not have any issues with loud noises coming from neighboring rooms. I have not witnessed any delinquent behaviors from anyone that resides at the complex. My only complaint is that the pool is not up and running and that would add some much needed entertainment at the site.

            Affordable housing, close to schools, shopping, restaurant and entertainment. I like the clean environment. If anything in the unit need fixing maintenance is there to take care of the issue, no hassle.

              The community its self is nice but the Manager is very rude. She's a liar. She say one thing and do another. She was afraid of one of the resident calling cooperate on her because she let a family live with another resident for four months. The resident was complaining about noise for four months but the resident played music as loud as she could from time to time the manager stated that the resident could do what she want because she pay bills at the apartment. The resident threatened to call corporate on the manager the manager came with threats to the family of the other resident.The family explained to her they had no where to go she agreed with the resident to allow her and her family to stay until oct 1. The other resident kept complaining the manager told the family they had seven days to stay there she said it was private property and she can do what she want the family member told her to do what you have to and God will do the rest.                 WARNING...ROACH INFESTATION. I waited a month for the unit to be move in ready when I got approved to move because the unit had to be completely redone on the inside. I finally received a call saying the unit was move in ready. Come to find out it was not. Roaches were running everywhere. Dead roaches were all on top of kitchen cabinets. Roach feces were lined in the closets and windows. A bad roach oder. After about 3 weeks of so called pest control roaches were still crawling. I took it upon myself to fill in all the cracks were roaches were hidding. I got a call after that saying they would just give me my money back minus the deposit because I messed up the flooring not properly sealing the cracks and I seemed unhappy. Well unhappy would be an understatement because you don't move anyone in in a filthy roach infested place. That is not healthy and I have 2 children. They do not care. Sorry for whomever moves in that roach infested unit. I wish I could give no stars at all.

                  DO NOT RENT FROM THESE IDIOTIC PEOPLE ALL THEY DO IS GIVE U A RUN AROUND... WE WAITED A WEEK IN A HALF TO GET A 4 BEDROOM AND ALL THEY DID WAS GIVE US A RUN AROUND. THEY ASK U TO HAVE VARIFICATION OF ASSETS NO THEY WANT YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBERS.

                    Do not rent here!! This place has been a living hell. Management sucks! They change hands frequently. Living here would be great if the owners and management could be changed. There is no detailed bill for what you're paying monthly. Your waterbill will be significantly high. Not a happy camper here...currently looking!!

                      Its not what it look because teen young adults can't even b out in the day the manager got something to say they don't open pool until the summer is about to end never have workout gym open so i would give no one the advice to stay here the manager have a smart mouth and don't think u should get smart back with her
