I lived here for four years while I went to college at USM. There were good and bad things about the place, but it trended towards bad as the years wore on. By the time I moved out, I was happy to be gone. The people that had started to move in were not the sort that I wanted to be around. Loud, inconsiderate neighbors will make anyone cranky, but during my senior year of college? I was not impressed. I called management several times about the people directly under me and yet, they continued to play their music at 2 in the morning ungodly loud. The pools were always filled with people who didn't live at the apartments, people loitered on the stairs and porches smoking cigarettes and playing loud music on their phone, domestic disputes were common. The cops came out a few times to escort some people away. Unfortunately cheap apartments bring in cheap people. Furthermore, my apartment was located near the back which put it right behind Brewsky's. On Fridays and Saturdays, I was lucky if I got any sleep at all before 3 A.M.
That being said, these apartments come with Washers and Dryers and are very close to USM, which made my life much easier.
