I have been living here for one year. The overall experience is awful! The office service is terrible. The staff has no idea what they are doing, and they are very rude. Living here is very stressful. I would not recommend anyone to live here.

Campus Creek is located right next to Ole Miss and minutes away from the Downtown Square. Plenty of shopping and restaurant options are within walking distance of Campus Creek. Downtown Oxford is the place to be for shopping at locally-owned retail stores and restaurants. If you feel the need to get out on the water, you're just minutes away from Sardis Lake. You can lessen your carbon footprint and take the Oxford-University-Transit Bus anywhere in Oxford that you want to go and it's free to students with a student ID! Campus Creek is the best place to live if you want to be right in the center of what Oxford has to offer!
