My experience with this management company has been a rough ride. I don't like this new way of paying rent. Because 3rd parties are involved, causes more money to go out of my pocket. It seems we are getting nickel and dimed just for paying rent on time. This new payment process is a tragedy. How about addressing the fact that every time it rains, the sidewalk becomes a small lake and there's mud, worms and other disgusting insects that harbor over this ponded water. Prime breeding ground for mosquitoes among other things. On a scale of 1-10, Reaf is, in my opinion, a 3. I realize that change doesn't occur overnight, but we have been wading in the water for going on a decade. To me, this lackadaisical approach to repairing the sidewalk is an indication of how ill-efficienct this property is run. I don't feel welcome in to voice my concerns, I don't feel like the folks in the office care. One of the agents in the office is somewhat robotic and shows absolutely zero concern for providing good customer service. I try to stay away from the leasing office if at all avoidable. The last place I wanna call. So unfortunate.
