            Things have improved with maintenance. The response time is much faster. Between 6 to 24 hours. The management office has revamped. They have always been friendly and attentive to my needs. They are doing more to connect with the residents.

                      Use to be a very nice place to live. Quiet, maintenance requests done in a timely manner. Now maintenance requests you have to call 2 or more times and then they may not have the parts to fix the issue.

                            Not good, support takes weeks or longer. Often charged for things I don't owe and they take months to remove those charges while threatening eviction. Do not recommend living with Beztak. 1st and last time renting with them.
