I am giving one star because my experience before the new owner wasn't bad. I had lived here before the new management came in and I had no problems with Liberty. The new manager Ryan had apparently a lot of problems with my family and I that when we were out working he changed the locks on us all! He had been calling for months say I owe money and I've always called him back after I called section 8. I told him the same things every time " I'm only supposed to be paying you $520 that's it and paying the electric bill." I would also tell him that if he has questions or problems to call section 8, he never would. He would call and pester me at work in the middle of my job! The last payment I made to him he had called me leaving a voicemail say he wouldn't be accepting anymore payments from me. When he locked us out I have called the police 3 different times trying to get back into my PAID apartment. I haven't been able to get ahold of him during Thanksgiving week (2020 if anyone is wondering). One police officer had gotten ahold of him and had made plans to let us back in on Black Friday. We showed up and called and called and waited outside his office. To this day we still have yet to see our things that were left there and to get ahold of him. He has my email ( I check everyday) and phone number to which I have in hand 24/7. I wouldn't recommend this apartment ever! It is flat out the worst place I've lived!
