Union Square Apartments

The landscaping is very nice, but be very careful before renting here, especially if all units are occupied and you are unable to view the unit you might rent. Utilities are outrageously high--many residents are miffed about this (an example is my neighbors in a one bedroom unit just received a utility bill of $150). Before you rent, make then explain exactly how they calculate utilities because units are NOT individually metered AND residents pay for all groundskeeping related utilities. If I had known what I know now, I would not have rented here. I arrived expecting an updated apartment with amenities as listed on the information sheet and in phone calls I received from the management office--in fact, my unit has not been updated since it was constructed in the 1970s and the living room is very dark (not good in Missoula winters).
