Train your staff better, don't lie to residents, focus more on residents' needs.<br><br>Likes and Dislikes: My husband and I LOVED this community when we first moved in. However, like others I've seen here, everything that we loved about this place has dwindled down until it has disappeared completely. Maintenance, forget it. We still have water damage in our apartment from a YEAR AGO that was never fixed when the upstairs apartment flooded. Also, staff is VERY poorly trained. Either that or they flat out lie to residents in order to pacify them when they complain about something. We were told one thing when we moved in, and now that we are moving out, it's completely opposite. When asked, the staff blames it on the residents stating that we "misunderstood" what was told to us before we signed our lease. That's CRAP. A HUGE concern is that it seems people come in and out of our apartment when we are not home, but when it's brought up to the office staff they say that's impossible. Also CRAP. Rent, let me tell you, do NOT be fooled!!! It starts out very cheap and reasonable, but come time to renew your lease, that figure gets jacked up so high it touches space! A ONE BEDROOM apartment went from $744 to over $1100 in a year! ABSOLUTE ROBBERY! For crappy service, crappy grounds that are ALWAYS dirty, crappy maintenance staff. I've talked to people who have waited months for a request to be completed. Just to put into perspective the changes we've seen this year, when we first moved in, we were so happy and impressed with the place that I went on every apartment reviewing site and gave Camden RAVE reviews. I have since gone back and deleted them ALL and replaced them with ratings telling the TRUTH. Do yourself a favor PLEASE, DO NOT rent here!!
