I have no idea who is writing these positive reviews. Must be a lucky few, or management (what's left of them ). At least 3 people I know complained to BSC Holdings Corporate office about Trina and Melinda, because they were treated so poorly. But apparently there is a new manager again ? And why was the last courtesy officer found guilty of child abuse ? A crime committed while he both lived there and I believe still worked there technically. ( we never were able to figure out exactly what he did while he was the courtesy officer )
