Reserve at Asheville Manager

04/02/2012

Springs at Asheville has made several attempts prior to application and move in to accommodate the resident who we believe made this post. We ran the ozone machine and she said there was no improvement. We offered her an apartment with the same floor plan at no additional expense to her and she refused. We had a professional carpet cleaner inspect the carpet and they believe the carpet is in fine condition. We have not had reports about the dog park problems at our pet playground. If any resident feels unsafe, we urge them to contact the office, or our after-hours courtesy officer immediately.

Reserve at Asheville Manager

Thank you for your post. We hope that residents respect each other and recognize that, because they live in an apartment community, neighbors may be bothered by their noise. If you have repeated problems, please notify the office or the courtesy officer (after hours) so we can address the issue with your neighbor. Our pet policy requires owners of dogs on the aggressive breed list provide proof of both successful completion of obedience school and additional insurance on their dog. In addition, the dogs undergo a pet interview with management. If you are concerned, we urge you to contact the office so we may take steps to ensure that our residents and their dogs are fully compliant with our policy. Regarding the gate, we acknowledge that it has malfunctioned on several occasions, once due to lightning and other times because it was hit by vehicles. We have repaired it as quickly as possible after each incident.
