From the very start of moving in we have had problems.To start off with the paper work was not done right, we had to redo then none of the maintence request were done.It took almost a month to get things fixed,then they were not even fixed right.The apt we live in is not efficent at all. Our power bill's have been around 200.00 a month,it took them about 3mo. to find out the air filter was so dirty that no air at all was able to flow through.This last power bill we got was almost 300.00 so the problem is still not fixed we put in a request to check out the problem and its been 3 days and no maintence personal has shown up yet.Its very obvious that residents are not 1st priority at highland hills.Our APT is less than a 1000sq ft. Service is SH**TY office staff as well is SH**TY.
