My complaints have LITTLE TO DO WITH THE ON SITE STAFF here at Arium. Since being bought by Carroll the complex has gone downhill at a drastic rate of speed. No one at the Georgia company seems to care and does not address simple issues like grass being mowed (which has now dropped down to every 3 weeks) weeds overtaking everything, no edging except for the entrance to the complex where it looks nice for potential new residents. Doggy stations never have bags, the dumpster works part time leaving mounds of trash PILED up instead of having a mobile dumpster brought in until the permanent one is fixed The sitting area where the fire pit is located is absolute filth, chair cushions torn and stained. By the way, the fire pit is there only to make the brochures looks good as doesn't work. Previous owners/property managers had this complex looking like a resort, now the residents are pretty much left to deal with ugly! Truly a huge disappointment with this company!!! Again this has LITTLE TO DO WITH THE ON SITE STAFF, they get their orders from Georgia!
